Pebbles - a year on

It is a year today since I lost Pebbles, her anniversary is a lot easier than Ginger's, as I know that I let her go, and ended her pain and suffering, and we battled so much last year, that I dont think either of us had any fight left. It certainly hasn't been an easy year though, and the vet admitted a few months ago she would have wanted to do a pm on her to find out exactly what was going on, I wish she had said something at the time, I would have agreed, for the same reason - shows how much of an impact she made on the vet. RIP little one, do send me a sign to show me you are fine.

As long as you can think of Pebbles and the others, they'll never die

IT certainly does get easier, and her anniversary is so much easier than Gingers was in September, I think it helped that we had fought so many illnesses, that I knew I was doing the right thing letting her go, rather than trying to battle through to have something else happen to her, whereas Ginger went suddenly, and they are the ones that hurt the most.
