Vibes for Stuart! Getting Neutered Today

I've been a nervous wreck all day!!!! Last time I took a cat to the vet to be fixed she came back blind (Leya)! I'm so worried something is going to happen to Stuart! Please send vibes for me and Stuart in hopes that he does fine and comes back the same way I took him!

good grief! i've had 7 cats spayed, & they all did fine - i've never heard of spay-caused blindness before! i'm sure Stuart will be fine, but i'm sending for him anyway!

I know a lot of pets have been fixed and had no problems, but I was the unlucky 1%
So now I'm worried whenever I hear about an animal going in for surgery!



Thanks everyone for the vibes! I will keep you posted! I think Enzo is worried too! He was so sweet to Leya and scared for her this spring when it happened!

Still no call from the vet, I suppose it went fine. We're picking him up when they open tomorrow. I told Blake (the SO) that he needs to come with me because Stuart LOVES him. He has to work, but he's going to take a half hour break to pick up his baby! Awww......

I'm not kidding about Stuart loving him either! I've never seen a cat love someone so much. If Blake goes outside or even goes to take a shower Stuart yeowls and yeowls for him!
