hello there,
i had an elderly client visit today,
she was a little worried about going home as 'samson' has been ill.
she was catching the bus home and i asked her to wait so i could drive her home and be there with her as she arrived. she lives alone with samson the champagne cat and buddy the foxy dog.
when we got there, i checked him out, not good. his gums were blue and he had very laboured breathing. i took them to the vet and unfortunately, samson had alot of lung tumours and was put to sleep
he was 16 yrs old and was extremely significant to my friend, the vet felt for her, the saddest time.
i'm after some positive words of comfort if anybody can help.
thanks in advance,
megan
