Hi. Our 5 1/2 months old cat just started using her paws to try (from what it seems to us) to get something out of her mouth, eventhough there's nothing appearant. She's also licking the side of her cheeks oddly. She's not as active as usual and kind of mopie. Also, sits in cold areas.

We just used for the second time Frontline flea medicine following the instructions carefully. We thought it could be related somehow, although we applied it in areas where she can't lick herself. She was fine the first time.

Anybody can help?

Take her to the vet right away. You may not see anything, but something's there, even if lower down, and you must get her seen. Do you have an Emerg. vet close by (if your regular one's closed)?

Any change in behavior like you've described is a reason for a vet visit. This is the only way cats have to let us know there's something wrong, and I agree with Larke - I'd get her there as soon as possible.

If she's sitting in cold areas, perhaps she has a fever? It's time for a trip to the vet. Healing vibes for her.
