Today's WOOT deal is a Dyson DC14!

Mine is a refab and I paid $370, so this is a great deal for a $500 vac!

That is a great deal! I was lucky enough to have saved all of my airmiles and that airmiles offered it as a reward so I actually got mine free.

If it is at all possible for you, I would highly recommend getting it. I couldn't believe all of the cat dander that this thing sucked up out of my furniture. I've never come across a vacuum that practically sucked up a whole couch cushion! And that turbine head for furniture is so totally amazing.

However I see the one for $250.00 has a hard floor brush! Mine didn't come with that. I has all of the attachments showing there, but instead of the floor tool, it came with this tool:

I just saw that it is adjustable for hard floors. I didn't know that. I thought it was just for getting under furniture over carpted areas. I'll have to have another look. I was concerned about scratching the wood.

That is a great deal...
I paid a small fortune for my Dyson 17 Animal.

It's worth every penny though, with a 5 yr. bumper to bumper warrenty.

They have SOLD OUT.

2,500 of them sold out in a matter of hours - I hope at least one TCSer was able to take advantage of this deal!

Even $249 is WAY beyond my means. I can't even afford a regular vacumm, let alone a Dyson. I'm so jealous of all you Dyson owners. What I wouldn't give to own one of those. Actaully I'd love to own any vacuum right now.
