Evie's getting spayed tomorrow

Evie and I just got home from her pre-spay vet visit, and she's a healthy girl! That's great news... the bad news is that I'm so nervous to take her in tomorrow morning As a way to calm my nerves, I'm trying to prepare for bringing her home and coming up with ways to make her as comfortable as possible. Any ideas or experiences to share? Thanks!

You are doing everything right by planning ahead.
I would not put any food back down until you are positive she won't barf.
My kitties are always agitated from the residual anesthesia in their systems.
I have to watch them closely so that they don't try to jump until they are ready.
