I just have to share...

Kit was so cute this morning! I woke up, and he was laying at the end of the bed staring at me. This is part of his morning routine; he wakes up with my alarm clock, and then he waits patiently for me to actually open my eyes, rather than just slam "snooze" Usually that's his "playtime" cue, and he immediately attacks mine or my fiancee's feet. Hahaha...

Anyway, I woke up, looked at him.. and as soon as he saw me looking at him, he immediately started to purr. And just laid there happily, purring away, as I said good morning. No feet-as-prey, either, haha.

I'm just amazed at him. He's come so far since he was rescued as a little feral baby at 7 weeks! He couldn't love his mommies more... or be more spoiled

Awwww, don't you just love it when they start to purr like that??

Kudos on getting him to socialize so well - only 1 of my 4 ferals is really social like that. The other 2 litters were rescued at 3-4 wks, so are much more tame

What a sweetie. That is what is so great with cats. When you've earned their trust, it really means something.
