Long story Short I have been on the tired side the last few days. So decided to play hookey from work this afternoon for some much needed R&R.
Which brings me to the question. When you need a little Boost what do you do?
I just made myself a hot chocolate with a candy cane for a spoon
I picked up 2 fresh baked muffins 1 banana, 1 blueberry
And in a bit I am going to go and have a nice long nap.
