We just got a big Christmas food hamper that you pay for a bit each week, then they deliver it to you early December. There are lots of biscuits and i've dug straight in

Of course, i have to have them with a cold glass of milk, dip and eat.

Does anyone else do this with cold/hot milk/chocolate/coffee etc?

Or am i the only weird one?

Oh yes, biscuits/cookies etc.

I always assume cookies to be round, flat biscuits with choc chips or nuts etc in them. We had a big family assorted tray of Arnotts biscuits such as scotch fingers, monte carlos, shortbread creams, anzacs etc.

Veeery tasty

Same here, it confuses me that biscuits are cookies and crackers and scone type things are biscuits here

I don't dip as much as I used to but then I only buy cookies if I really want one now and then it tends to be these crazy bad for you ones from a local bakery that are not really 'dipable'

Well of course; that's the only way that I'll do it
Dry biscuits and cookies just don't do anything for me; must have milk or coffee.

Of course - dipping is the only way to eat a cookie (biscuit). I was having my maple cookies the other night, dipped in my coffee. Mika seemed particularly interested so I put the dipped cookie up to her nose to let her smell and she started eating my maple cookie. I broke off a bit and she loved it. Probably not very good for her, but she didn't get that much.

I loooove chocolate chip cookies dipped in milk.
I haven't done that in a long time though. Oreos are good like that too.

Sometimes I dip my cookies in milk. Other times I don't. If they are chewy type cookies I usually don't. However if they are hard and dry cookies then I will dip.

Ginger Snaps always require dipping!
But I prefer to dip mine in coffee.

I love dipping my cookies!!! Mom is making Biscotti for Christmas and man I can't wait to make a good cup of tea and start dippin away! Most cookies I'll dip in either milk or tea, but some I only like milk or only tea. Sooo tasty!

Whenever possible I even dip my wifes homemade jam and cream spongecake in a glass of milk, you have to be really quick to get it into your mouth though, 0.2 seconds should be the maximum time spent in the milk
or else you lose the sponge in the milk
Mind you even thats cool way to eat sponge. Uck!! Hic!!!

Also have you tried getting a long chocolate covered biscuit and bite a bit off one end and a slightly bigger bit off the other end. Dunk the biscuit in tea or coffee and then put the other end in your mouth, suck until drink comes up through the biscuit, about 3-4 seconds is usualy enough. Proceed to put whole biscuit in your mouth and enjoy.

That works with small shortbread pieces too. mmmm chocolate fingers, I love them.

Rich Tea/Chocolate digestives in tea. Plain digestives in milk/coffee. Any other tend to be milk.
