Whats the best gift you have ever given?

Well, my daughter (who had her own apartment) went back to college and swore every one to secrecy, and became a physical therapy asst. I didn't find out until her graduation! I cried all day; I was so happy! The next day I bought her a beautiful piano. It was used, but gorgeous!


What state is the most beautiful you have ever seen?

Arizona, of course. We have the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, lots of mountains and wide open spaces as well as the most spectacular sunsets!

Would you rather live in the city or the country?

I would like to live in "God's country," an untouched wilderness that looks somewhat like Yosemite National Park, but I want electricity! Since that's impossible, I'll use candles.

do you have a good way of getting phone solicitors off the phone without just hanging up on them?

I just say, "No, thank you. Goodbye." -Regardless of what they say. That way I'm being polite enough and fast enough to stop them and not waste my time or theirs. It works like a charm.
