It seems that Red is getting bored with his Iams, so I mixed in a little Royal Canin today and he seemed to like that, but still did not eat much of the Iams. How do I go about phasing in a new food if he won't eat any of the old?

Yeah, but that means that he'll only be eating 25% of what he should be because he's pretty much refusing to eat the old stuff.

On a whim, I went home for lunch and put down a bowl of the Royal Canin... no mixing with the old stuff. He dove in. I am a little worried how his tummy is going to take it, but I'm relieved to see him eating!

Hopefully he won't have any issues. I am able to change Bijou and Mika to a new food immediately with no problem so I'm lucky there. Maybe you will be too.
