I have some dear friends and their parents living in the Denver area. In the past we've made it out there to spend the holidays with them, but won't be able to make it this year. We exchange gifts every year and frankly, we're all at a point in our lives where material things just don't work. We all have everything that we need and then some.
I was thinking about buying them a gift certificate for 6 at some restaurant, comedy club, theater, interesting event that they could all go to together. Any ideas of some good places? They are on the south end of Denver in the Englewood / Littleton area.
Price wise? Better quality place that isn't outrageous (like Morton's), but not a chain style restaurant either. The families are of german and japanese descent, but that isn't necessarily important.
