It's been 1 week since Cow had his teeths all removded.

I don't think he's missed them yet!

Doing fantastic, last day of pain meds & he's grown quite attached to them, so I fear a bit of a fit there.

He got moved into the downstairs bathroom right off the office, so he'll get to run in the office when I'm in the office(most of the day).

Pics. Still no teeth in there, they haven't grown back or anything!

He doesn't stand very still for pics. I cannot yet look into his mouth, either, it seems to hurt him. As soon as I can, I want to take a look to make sure all the roots, etc are gone.

His gums are notably less red already

Pay no mind to the clothing items on the floor. Asked lil sis to remove them from the bathroom & that she did!

Aw glad to hear he's doing okay. He didn't have any trouble adjusting to eatting without teeth?

None at all. He is still on finely minced canned food, slowly we're going to try bigger chunks. He can eat shredded canned food easy.

My toothless Stumpy vomits up any food that comes in chunks, and even some of the shredded foods. He usually does OK with dry food (he vacuums them up) so there must be a difference on how it settles in his stomach.

His favorites? Anything Wellness except the chicken flavor. They are all pate based. Now that it's been a few months, his cheeks have shrunk down and he has a much more narrow face.

But it gets you thinking. Realistically, the boy in my siggy would've been euthanized upon discovering how old he was if I had pouted & threw a fit like a 2 year old.

Gave Cow some pate style food last night. I stepped in it when I walked into the bathroom this am.
Didn't see a hairball, either.

Cow also kept smacking his mouth, like the food was sticking to his gums. Does Stumpy have problems with it sticking to his gums? (This was Nutro, so it's thicker & stickier)
