One year ago today on a cold dark night there was a little black kitty roaming the streets. We found him hugging a tree & being teased by young boys. We couldn't take the case that the kids would take it too far so the little boy hopped willingly into the car.

His first name was "little one" until we settled on Benson. I call him Monkey boy cause he is always hanging off of something he shouldn't be. He was 13-15 weeks when we found him. He was DH's first kitten
.

First night in his new warm home.

Making friends

I miss him standing on his hind legs. He used to do this everyday.

Cleaning the bathroom mirror for Daddy.

His new girlfriend

Looking for Daddy. The mirror was opposite of the door & the bathroom. He would sit there and cry when he wanted Daddy.(thankfully this stopped).

Crazy jumps

Finding new places to jump at Mom's house.

Making new friends.

And old friends...(this is the first time they slept so close since we got him. It was taken last week.)

Happy Gotcha Day little Monkey.

Wow, what a cute face on him. So wide-eyed and curious. I bet nothing gets past him.
