Please elaborate the chick part, I'm intrigued and I can't find anything except that it might be WWI-era black slang.
ok, i should pm you this, But
After i moved overseas, i was living in hong kong at the time.
Me and connie(the women i was dating at the time) went out, I was sitting in bar having a drink, some women walked over and started talking to me.
Well connie come back gets all upset, and starts yelling at me, saying why i was talking to some chicken. i am like what?
well bottom line is that many parts of asia the prostitues, are called chickens.
Indo was the same, ayam which is chicken.
i wonder if people going overseas, came accross that, in the bars and stuff long time ago,and it just caught on here? many words from the old days have made into the stuff said now. like the old saying of mind your P and Q.
