Beauty Update

Beauty has almost stopped scratching today. She's still scratching a little bit but I think keeping her off fish has helped.

Beauty hasn't scratched at all today! Yesterday she scratched once but that was normal for her.

She won't need to go to the vets!


At least she won't learn the V word yet

This is excellent news....
I hope that Beauty is not allergic to fish but at least if she is, you know to keep her away from it.

Beauty's itching might be unrelated to fish...
possibly just a bug bite or something other than the fish in that food.

In a few days, after you are sure that Beauty's itching has abated...
you might try the food with the fish in it again.
It she starts itching, you will know that something in that food caused it,
then just stay away that particular brand of food.


If after eating another brand of food with salmon in it and she reacts you will know that she is allergic to salmon.

I'll try her with tuna again in a few more days I think.

I won't try her on salmon yet.
