Do your cats hug you?

Pretty much every night when I get home from work, Bentley has to greet me on the couch. As soon as I sit down, he will come up to cuddle with me. He really likes it if I kind of lay down so that he can curl up against my body and use my hand/arm as a pillow. Whenever he does that, he will always take my arm in both his hands and squeeze it tight to him. It just melts my heart! Does anyone elese have a cat that likes to give you hugs?

Spike, Taco, Lt. Bear and Captain Squishy are our huggers. It's so sweet when they do it!

Chynna hugs me all of the time. When cuddling she will hug my arm or my hand. When I hold her she hugs my neck.

Abby will sometimes hug me, but not often. When she does it's so special because it doesn't happen a lot.

Butzie does not liked to be held nor does she give hugs. She is so affectionate in other ways it surprises me. Nuzzles, cuddles, licks, but no hugs.

Lucky loves to give hugs. When DH comes home, Lucky cries as he follows him upstairs and then jumps on the bed. Lucky will keep tapping DH until he gets his hug. Now it can only be on the left shoulder, never the right. Speak of the cutie...he is here for another hug.

Junior doesn't hug me but when I get home from work he will meow until I lay down so he can sit on my chest and lay his head against my cheek for a few minutes.

When I get home, Seamus is at my feet waiting to be picked up. I scoop him up, rock him back and forth and smother him with kisses... he revels in it for a good minute or two then screams and runs! When I sit on the couch, he'll jump right at me for a quick cuddle laying down too... most other times, he could care less, but when I get home... best few minutes of the day.

Blossom sort of cuddles when I pat her. She pulls my arm to her if I pull away. When I'm in bed she'll jump up & do lots of head buts, wanting me to tickle her around her head & ears.

Yep, Nikita does it sometimes. She also hugs herself at times which is the cutest thing ever.

ya somewht like..whenever i am off home he keeps on searching me and after that when he does that will be the happiest moment for him.but it wont hug like that.he just rubs his body in my leg..i feel that good and i loves him very much.

Beauty loves getting her hugs. If she can't sit next to me she panics a little bit so I have to pick her up and put her on my lap. She panics in as much as she gives me a panicky look as if to say am I in trouble then Mummy?

Marley loves to crawl up on me when I'm sitting on the couch. I "slump down" and he crawls on to my chest, head butts me a couple of times, then puts his paws around my neck and goes to sleep.

If the dog wants out, I make my husband or daughter get up. I'm not interrupting cuddle time with Marley!

Neither of my kitties are big huggers. Callie will flop and roll on the floor when I get home. She also gives me 'the lean' on the legs which is her way of showing affection. When she lays on the couch next to me or on the bed and I'm rubbing her tummy, then she'll hike up her back leg and hug my arm while I pet her tummy!!

Scully and Bumper do, the others are not huge on even being held, they prefer to sit next to you.

Lynx will hug you around the neck. A lot of the time he ignores you, but when he wants loving, you best stop and give him loving NOW.

Luna does I love it when she does that.

Possum likes to put his arm around my neck when I'm sleeping in the morning. Maybe he just likes to touch me, because other times he'll touch my face with his paw. I don't like this because his may have just been in the litterbox. Ew! But it's still sweet.

...and if I move my arm, say to give her a scritch down her side, the leg immediately wraps and pulls my hand back to the tummy scritch.

It's lovely. Also, she doesn't ever put her arms around my neck, but she does really lean in and snuggle when I'm holding her, too. That's my Cindy-bun!
