The cat lounge.....

I find that I am addicted to this forum. I have to keep reminding myself that there are other interesting forums here too!!!! This week....I strayed and went lurking around the others. I even posted in some!

I'll have to keep reminding myself to visit the other forums regularily. I noticed most of you have been doing that.

I have just always automatically come here and stayed....

Time to spread my wings and venture out more.

Ohh thanks for the warning! Yes the Lounge seems to be Grand Central so the mods are sometimes having to move posts to the appropriate forums, just because members get so comfortable coming to just this one. At least, it isn't a back-breaking move.

Well....during my travels, I came across my very first post here which was *ahem* re-directed to the proper location

With everything that goes on here, it's sometimes hard to keep up with everything here AND venture elsewhere. Obviously, I keep an eye on "my" forums, but I've gone a week or more between looking at the Feline Companions forums. I do try to check the Behavior forum regularly, but that doesn't always happen. I have to remind myself to go through the other forums too, since that's where I actually LEARN a lot about kitties.

I am very addicted to the lounge also. I dont stay here for long but I come back at regular intervals, as my attention span is as long as a Sphynx cats hair.

I do jump from forum to forum and look around.

The only forums I go to is this one and the Caption this (I know I should go to more...). BTW I have a really good idea for one of the captions but am having trouble putting it into words... I will do it though, hopefully before time runs out

I was scared of the Lounge when I first joined. I'd never been on anything internet except for work, so didn't really get how it all worked. I spent my first few weeks (or months?) in the Feral Forum before venturing out! (Kind of like the ferals, right? LOL!)

Looking back - what did I think? People in the Lounge were going to bite? Lizza told me SHE did!

We don't bite very hard, I promise! :laughing:

I'd have about 6 total posts if the lounge didn't exist. I own 2 very 'uneventful' cats, and the only knowledge I have to dole out is what I have learned here. The only thing I ever rescued is the last lonely doughnut in the box. But I have had many a good laugh with members both past and present in this little lounge.
