i thought she was scared...

sophie is a shy kitty and likes to hide under my bed or pretty much anything. well, normally if i shut my bedroom door and lay in my bed she will come out and then she is just fine with everything, until someone opens my door. well, for some reason she has been under my bed all day, since at least 11am. no matter what i did, she wouldn't come out. i figured something REALLY scared her, so i let her be. well, after millie, her best kitty friend finally woke up from her evening nap sleeping on her back between my legs, she jumped down to grab a bite and sure enough, sophie reappeared right away. i got up to get something and when i got back, they were both laying were i just was and they had their paws wrapped around each other and millie was licking sophie. it was the cutest thing ever! so sophie wasn't scared, she just needed her millie, who was playing in the living room because i bought a new cat tree today! sophie is really becoming dependent on millie for everything. good thing millie is such a good sister!!!
