We just slept for 3 hours...

We didn't get to bed until late last night, and spent the whole day cleaning since we have a house/cat sitter coming on Friday, and our allergies had gone nuts from all the dust in the house (I can't believe how much there was...).

So DH and I went back to bed for a nap and have just woken up 3 hours later DH NEVER sleeps during the day, and if he does it's for half an hour or so, so this is very impressive for him! He's actually still half asleep, I really need to drag him out of bed.

We're off to see a band tonight that starts at 8, and there's a support act, so the band we want to see probably won't start until after 9 so it'll be a late night - I'm glad we've had a good sleep!

I love my power naps! When I nap in the afternoon it's for about 3 hours. Anything less and I feel like a zombie.

I can not nap! If I fall asleep I stay asleep!

I cant take naps either, if I do I wake up as a really mean monster woman, so I do not take them.

I am ok if it is for an hour or so. But any longer than that and I turn into a zombie.

I ended up taking a nap this afternoon without intending to. Carly was laying in a sunspot and I laid down beside her. Next thing I knew, it was 45 minutes later.

Sounds lovely! Naps can be so refreshing. My naps are sleeps None of that 15 minute stuff for me.
