I must display a small brag here..

I was at the gym today, on the treadmill..and normally I am not able to run..I always get a bad cramp, or really tired..or whatever. And I can never run for more than 3 minutes.

TODAY I RAN FOR 15 MINUTES!!!
I powered through, and I smiled all the way home and I can't wait for the next time so I can go for 20!

Sorry, I had to share..I am on top of the world!

That's great Nat!
I wasn't able to run more an a mile for a long time due to a hip injury, but now I am running at least 2 miles or more, but I still have to be careful because I still can feel pain at times.
Anyway, just keep working at it slowly, and you will be able to do more and more each time.

Good for you!

I can do 20 minutes of walking on a treadmill but it takes me about 35 minutes to do it because I have to keep stopping to rest. I start at .9 and work my way up to 1.4, but that's as fast as I can go.

Very good job!!!!

I have CD's that I burned that have certain songs at certain time when I'm on the treadmill and that seems to help me alot!!

Congrats!!! I can never make it past 3 minutes of running, even after a year of trying.

Great job! Don't you just love pushing yourself and then meeting a new fitness goal?
