My little shelter furbabies - the ones whose pics I posted a while back - are still there. They're such a hoot. Checkers is addicted to treats! He already knows the word and comes to me crying first thing when I get there and practically attacks me to get some! When he hears the word or sees the bag he starts to scream!
I have started to use a water bucket to help rinse things, but made the mistake of setting it out before I started. Mind you, the water is clean! I turn around and there is BT - head first in the bucket, drinking like a thirsty man in the desert!
I had to laugh. He must have been thinking - WOW! This is the BIGGEST water bowl I have ever seen! All for me!!
We have a new one - a black and white female named Cookie. She's a pistol... pounces on the other kittens. Pittsie has gotten a little rough with her -I caught him biting her - snagged the skin on her side and pulled it. Is he teaching her a lesson, being dominant or what? I separated them. He is bigger than her. Both he and BT, but mostly Pitts are very intent on her sometimes. BT had to give her butt a REALLY good sniff.
Followed her around sniffing... And Yes, they are all fixed!!
