Is there any dry food that an old IBD cat can share with two healthy kittens?

I have an ancient Persian (20 years old) and two glorious Ocicat kittens (7 months). I have to supervise their mealtimes, as the old lady is on a medicated diet for IBD (Royal Canin) and the kittens are on kitten food (Hills wet, Cal Natural dry). I worry about the Persian not being able to "graze" after we take up her food and leave the house. The kittens can still access their food (I put it up in a cat tree, beyond the old girl's jumping range) but old Chelsea is out of luck, as making her food inaccessible to the kittens makes it inaccessible to her until we get home. Is there anything I could put down for them all to eat that would not sabotage either of their two very different nutritional needs?

Many thanks, as always.

At 7 months they can eat adult food... I would find a moderate protein ie no more than 32% ( still above the 28% for kittens by AFFCO ) and moderate fat 12-16% ...

What IS the IBD food made from ??? link is great

DId the vet say okay to take old one off RX??

the super easy is to ask vet if all wet would be okay for old one

IBD food tends to be very high in fiber (and sometimes lower in fats and calories). It's possible the high-fiber diet might not be bad for the kittens, once they're ready for adult food. It'd be a question for the vet.
