We have had a Bengal cat who is approximately three years old move into our house through our cat flap. He is microchipped so our vet was able to contact the previous owner who told me to keep him as he was "more of a dog man"!!! We have a problem were he limps on both back legs but he doesnt do it all the time. We have had three trips to the vets and has been seen by three different members of the practice but none of them can find a problem with his joints or legs. They are reluctant to x ray him as they feel the fact that it is not continuos limping and it will not be helpfull. When he is playing he can jump and twist around with no apparent pain and he eats really well. We now have an added symptom were he drags himself on his bottom similar to a dog that has impacted anal glands, we have just wormed him to see if this is a factor. Does anyone have any experience or advice?? We would love to hear from you.

I'm sorry that I don't have any experience with this. Since cats have anal glands too, have you looked at having his expressed? Also, do you have access to a video camera? It might help the vets if they can see what is going on, even if it isn't happening in their office.
