My little pixie passed away this morning after a brief illness. She was my queen of the house even though she was the smallest kitty, never really weighing more than 6 lbs, but everyone paid heed to her demands
she was the 4th leukemia positive baby I ever took in and she's been with me for 3.5 years. She's seen a lot of other kitties come and go and was a pretty good sport about it all. She was never a very affectionate cat, it took her over 2 years to jump into my lap for the first time! She did love to be petted though and her purr sounded like an engine with a loose belt
I'm going to miss you Sapphy Wapphy

Katie, i'm so sorry. Sapphire sounds like she was a special little girl even though she has diva qualities

Run fast accross the bridge Sapphire, all your new friends are waiting to play with you

I'm so sorry to hear about sapphire

She was blessed though, to spend her last years with you, in a warm loving home. Rest in peace, sweet girl.

I'm so sorry, Katie.
Sapphire was a beautiful girl and handled her diva status well. Thinking of both of you.
RIP Sapphire.

Katie, I'm so sorry - may Sapphire rest in piece. I know she'll be playing happily over the rainbow bridge with all of her new friends - my Davidson will guide her

Katie, I'm sorry for the loss of Sapphire (your description of her reminds me of my Babycakes...small cat, BIG attitude), you're in my thoughts and prayers right now....oh, and thank you so much for taking in the FeLv+ kitties!

The Queen's reign has ended....time to usher in a new era.

Sapphy will be watching over the new Queen, I imagine telling her what to do because that's Sapphy.

Play happily over the Rainbow Bridge Sapphire....you'll never be sick again.

RIP, Sapphire! Katie, I don't know how you do it, but you make such a difference in these kitties' lives, and I have a feeling that they're all watching over you once they cross the RB.
