Oh my gosh, I just had THE WORST time trying to fix my siggy so it was in compliance with the rules. It was a rather humorous conversation.
Icklemiss21 was a darling and was very patient with me while I tried figuring out how to fix my siggy so that it was smaller. It took at least on hour! Here's how the thread went (shortened a bit).....
ME: I think I fixed my siggy
Ickle: Nope still too big
Me: Grrrr this is so hard
Ickle: Try the drop down menu and change it to jpg
Me: Oh my gosh, now look what happened!
Ickle: And it's still a big filesize!
I saved it at 90% and this is what I got 
(I give it another shot)
Me: OH MY GOSH NOW IT'S TINY!!!!
Ickle: Try this......
Me: Oh my gosh, please tell me that worked!
Ickle: It worked, just wait a bit till you make a new siggy
