Well it is off to the hospital shortly for a round of cortisone shots. I am having one in each knee this morning.
They have been particularly bad since the colder weather has arrived so I am hoping this helps so I can start enjoying the season a bit more.
I am very much a winter person as long as my knees are behaving.

Anyway wish me luck.....

Thanks very much everyone, everything went well. The shots were of coarse a little uncomfortable but nothing to tramatic. My doctor had a med student with him so he did my right which is my worse and ask if the med student could do my left.. I wasn't overly thrilled but know they have to learn somehow so said it was okay. The student did very well, was careful, and asked a couple of times if I was okay. So that put me at ease.

The freezing is out now and although they are aching a bit they do feel better.

I can dance again, well maybe not
but will be a least more comfortable

Just take it easy and don't over do it
