cat lives under the bed!

whenever my cat comes in my bedroom with me she always goes under the bed and it takes an arm and a leg to get her out

and??? Is she a stray? She sounds like a stray. Have you had her long? It sounds like she just doesn't trust you yet. Trust is sometimes a long time coming. If she is under the bed, leave her be, and don't be dragging her out. Try just ignoring her for awhile. Give her food and water, feed her on a routine schedule, keep her litter pan clean and just ignore her and let her come to you.It will happen, just not right away, but it will happen faster if you stop dragging her out from under the safest place she believes to be- which is under your bed.

she's never been outside and if she has it's only been about two minutes.....

but i got her when she was 9 weeks old
from dad's friend
she (my dad's friend) literally has a cat farm in her backyard
