New menu item

I'm doing Japanese tonight, and as usual, Freeway and the Hobo are supervising.

And, as usual, it was only a matter of time until Hobo got past me to sample something. I found him happily munching away;

...on raw Mung Bean sprouts

I let him have a couple and shoo'd him away. What can I say?

Bean sprouts? That's a hoot! I gave my storefront shelter kitties Thanksgiving dinner. Pulled pieces of turkey from the carcass - mostly dark meat, minced it up and warmed it in some plain, canned, low-sodium chicken stock and took it over there.. OMG - they LOVED it!!!!

My family thinks I'm crazy!
