Poor kitty!! It doesn't seem like she has been taken good care of. I would NEVER let my kitty on the balcony, especially if she has already fallen!!!

I know!! well, I do let mine on the balcony supervised, I'm only the second story and I've put 2 feet of lattice around the bottom so they can't accidentally roll off!! and like I said, they are always supervised!

Ziggy was so desperate to get out of the house while she was pregnant that she jumped out of my bedroom window. She landed on the concrete ground 16ft below, but she didn't have any injuries. I was shocked that she managed to squeeze out of the gap, as I don't leave my windows open very wide. And she was pregnant. I came home from work and found her meowing at the front door.

Oh my that poor kitty. I would be so nervous to ever let my cat walk around somewhere up high.
