Really!? At least you can kill a spider!! Bats are too innocent
(not to mention that squishing sound would be quite disturbing

Dorian Grey....aka Dory is a boy!
Dory can be a boy's name....sorta. Unless you'd like to start calling your bat Dorky Fish!

So it's Dori if it's a girl and Dorky Bat/Fish if it's a boy.

I'll bet you had to fumigate...ah, but what are you guano do?

So, so sorry, but I had to!

Didn't you see The Big Chill? Just get a tennis racquet and charge up the stairs after the bat, like Kevin Kline...

Alright...last night went like this:

At around midnight, I was awoken by a sratching sound coming from my mattress..I thought Dori had gotten into my boxspring and was walking around in there. I sat up in bed for like 5 minutes just saying "OMG", and wondering what the heck to do.

I get up, turn on the light..and I see Trout on my bed right where my head would be looking at something between the mattress and the wall.

Well, sure enough, there was Dori..clinging to my mattress..about 3 inches from where my head was laying minutes earlier

I started to FREAK OUT. Dori was just sitting there still..and Trout would poke her and she would squeak..that made me freak out more.

So, I call the only guy I know..(yes at midnight). My ex...he was awake..and I begged and pleaded for him to come over and get Dori off of my bed..I was almost in tears. How the heck was I going to sleep with a bat 3 inches from my face!?!?

So, he agreed to come over...then I went back into the bedroom to check on Dori to make sure she was still clinging away..she was GONE!

I don't know where she went, she was still in my bedroom because I locked her in there..so, ex called back and I told him not to bother because he didn't want to help me bat hunt

I figured she went into my boxspring because Trout was under the bed all curious.

I reluctantly went back to bed..only to not fall asleep until about 4am..then around 5am, Dori decided to fly into the kitchen (thank god) and in the process woke me up AGAIN
Trout chased on after her

Anyway, that was my night...no sign of Dori, or Dori's corpse this morning

What the heck is wrong with my life, how strange is it!?

I understand she won't hurt me..but I DON'T want to sleep with a BAT!

Here the troublemaker is clinging away to my mattress:

I am a complete wuss when it comes to things like that and I wouldn't be even in the apartment until it was gone.
