I felt so mean, she didn't want to come out of her carrier, and then clung on to me when she did. :-(
I know it's for her own good but I still feel mean. I just want it to be over so I can take her home and look after her.
Apparently the op only takes around 20 mins.

Awwww she'll be fine
It'll probably be about 4.p.m. when your able to collect her because they like to make sure they come around ok, eat a bit, and use the litter tray.

I took my mind of things by blitzing the house and coming on here.

Lot's of healing heading over for your little girl

She'll be ok. Blossom eventually was after all my worrying. The hardest thing was keeping her quiet. She still jumped around as though nothing happened from the 2nd day. Have an elizabethan collar on hand if you need it.

Hey, thanks for your reassurance, I've called the vets, she's come round and has eaten a little bit. I can go collect her after work. 1 hr & half to go!

Awww there you go!
Don't worry if she's still a little wobbly because it's normal. Give her a couple of hours and she'll be fast asleep again

Make sure the house is nice and warm and peaceful for her as well

She'll be home so soon and you will get cuddle time. Do keep an eye on her sutures because they can suddenly start bothering them before you know it.

Awwww, I know that you are so relieved that Roxy is out of surgery.

Soon she will be home, under your loving care.
