Question about username

It's not really a question on the username itself. I noticed that most people have a little saying that goes underneath their username. For months I have been trying to figure out how to change mine, but have not been able to. Is this just something paid members can do? I've noticed it with some of the smaller avatars so I'm not sure.

...so you should be able to create a Custom Usertitle. On your User CP, go to Edit Profile. It's the first item in the second section, "Optional Information". Just type in the title you want, and don't forget to scroll down to the bottom and click "Save Changes". That should do it.
