From my three year old tonight.

'I like tomato soup. It is good for my heart.'

'I like Kid Nation. It is a kid show for kids like me.'

plus she knows almost every Food Network personality

I almost forgot. My three year old said to my mother at a family dinner when she had to go pee.

'I have a butt. It is small and white and fits.' (fits on the seat is what she was trying to say)

OMG

That reminded me...one time when my neice was potty training..my mom asked her to sit down, and she said in this snotty little voice "I don't want to sit on my poo!"

She was supposed to poo in the potty! But she didn't..and then she didn't want to sit on it

All this potty training talk reminds me of when I finally got my son potty trained, and the first time he went poo in the toilet: he stood there and watched it go down the toilet, then proceeded to say. "It's dead now!"

I asked my little brother once what he wanted to be when he grew up: he said, "A man."

Kids are just so darn funny!

Kid crack me up!!!

I know I share this one a few weeks ago, but I'll share it for those that didn't catch that thread!
My friend's little girl turned 4 in October. When she was opening her presents she got a purple boa. As soon as she saw it she exclaimed "Oh my Gosh! It's what I always wanted!"

We held a birthday party at my house this past Sept. for a niece and the relatives from out of town. Well it was just at my house and my brother and his wife provided cake and ice cream. Well she got a jump rope as a present. and she had a similar reaction to it when she opened it. 'It's what I always wanted.' When asked what it was she shrugged her shoulders and says 'I don't know'

I love the random things that kids say!!!

B's nephew often says "Awww...Pickles!" instead of darn or shucks. Cracks me up everytime!

My granddaughter lured my daughter into her room, got her lay down on the bed, covered her, jumped up and ran to the light. Olivia,my granddaughter looked at my daughter, Mary, said " you need a nap." turned out the light and shut the door. She sat quietly reading her books and watched tv until Mary got up. My sister was there to watch her, and Olivia made her be quiet, saying 'Mommmy is grumpy, she' taking a nap, sshhh."

When my nephew was about 3, we were at a party. Once we got there, they had an area for the kids to go, all the adults were standing around socializing and his Mom was walking him to be with the other kids, when he decided, out of the blue, to tell everyone in the room, "My Mom has long boobs."
It was hysterical!
