Hey, a date huh?! Where did we meet this hunny bun?

It's another rainy day here today, and i'm tempted to go down town after work to do some retail therapy?.

That sounds fun. Keep us posted.

Nothing exciting going on here. I'm up really early because I thought I would go to the walk-in clinic this morning. I had neck pain for a few days last week, then it went away by Friday... and yesterday, I woke up with really bad neck pain again.
So I woke up this morning, got ready to go and realized it doesn't hurt anymore. So I'll wait a few more days and if it ever comes back, I'm off to the doctor. But I think it came back this week because I spent most of my weekend putting together ikea shelves, putting shelves up, cleaning, moving furniture around, etc. Not a smart thing to do when you have an injured neck.

So now I have an hour to kill before I have to leave for work.

Oooooo....a date, huh? Sounds like he could be promising!

Today's the last of work this week stinks though as I don't get paid for the time I take off (I'm still in my initial 30 days for holiday pay. I may still try to claim it though ).

I was really excited when I got home last night: B totally cleaned up everything! The dishes were done, the counters were cleaned, even the dining table that we use to pile things on was completely cleared off He done good!

May I borrow him for a few hours?

Today is John's last day at work until Tuesday, so I have to get all the cleaning done today because I never have time when he's home... we're always outside working on cars, or he's always wanting to go somewhere.

Today is also the last warm day this week. We're supposed to see our first snow Thursday and Friday.

Somebody stop me from stuffing my face this morning.

Last night, I made some pineapple and coconut bread and it's soooooo yummy. Anybody want some before it's all gone? (hurry!!! )

It's a nice rainy day today. The ground is already soaked and the weather network says to expect 25-35mm more of rain and 2-4cm of snow. Good thing I am off today. I am just going to stay home and not get soaked.

Bruce is such a spoilsport!!!!

Anyhow was out the door early this morning to get to the groccery stores before they got crazy!! I went to one to buy their French silk pie (so awesome!!) eek they didn't have one but this store is known for its customer service and they found one -yeah!!!!!!

The other store I did the majority of shopping -wow it was messy-they must have been super busy yesterday. Picked up my case of chicken broth and more beef broth too-this is the stock up time for me!!

Anyhow came back home I'll "assuming" it was OX that pooped on the rug in front of the sink (grrrr......)

Well I'll have to stash all my stock up supplies and think it will be leftovers again for dinner.

Chance of snow predicted today and tonite!!!!

Nat, will Trout tolerate a man with a D-O-G (see I spelled it so that Trout doesn't hear the word) in your life? I don't think she will be too pleased!

At least you had a nice time.

Got some Christmas shopping done yesterday and made a lst of what I bought for who so I can keep track. I have way too many people on my list.

Too much rain happening here today and tomorrow we will be getting up to 10 centimetres of snow. Ick!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning everyone! It's actually nice out today. We are seeing the sun for the first time in over a week. The cats are loving the fresh air and begging to go outside.

You sound just like my mother. She has a bad back and is also pushing herself too hard on her good days and then suffers for a week. Take it easy on yourself.

I know the feeling. I never can clean with DH or Mom are home. They go back to work Monday.

I forgot you don't have thanksgiving over there trout. It's really nice, I have till Monday to relax and do what I want!

You went on a date?! That's fun! I sometimes miss the fun and newness of going on dates and meeting someone. My SO and I were just talking about that the other day, but then we remembered all the stress that comes with the beging and always wondering if the other person likes you, or wishing the date would just end!
