I swear the boys were driving me to drink yesterday. Let me break it down for you.
We are using cornbread for a salad on Thanksgiving. Because I have so much baking to do we went out and bought a small loaf. It was wrapped in plastic siting on top of my microwave. As I was having my morning coffee I heard a *THUNK* and the distinct noise of a kitty peeling back the wrapping with his paws. As I ran into the kitchen I spotted Scratch with his mouth open ready to take a chunk of of the corn bread. 8-Bit was sitting on top of the refrigerator waiting to swoop down and finish the job. Thank goodness I was able to rescue it.
We had friends over for a "fake" Thanksgiving last night. As I was setting down the bowl of stuffing I realized I was surrounded by three cats. 8-Bit let out a small chirp and the other two went into action. Dr Claw and Scratch decided to try to climb my legs as 8-Bit jumped on the table. DH was able to come to my rescue and lock the three little monsters in the back room so we could eat in peace.
