Denebola on catnip

"oh... look at that!" Denebola after getting some catnip (dh was giving all the kitties a good pinch of organic catnip) was observed by my husband, lying on his back, making biscuits and staring at his paws as he did.

My husband said it looked for all the world as if he was thinking to himself "Oh dude..look at my toes dude!"

Love my cats on 'nip

Denebola is a hoot anyway. He's our murmurer...often having something to say in a slow, lazy way and he's big on what I call Patricks' "Play-Girl" pose...tipped so his back legs are on their side, but his belly is showing, front paws are up in the air and head is upside down with eyes peering up at you. Very cute, very silly.

(It's also a favorite pose for Alix & Ophelia)

Denebola will talk "back" for quite some time if you "reply" to him. He's a loonnnng, huge boy at about 14 lbs. of brown tabby and white, with a face to die for re his markings (including a beauty mark on one side of his white muzzle) and he adores my dh.

That is funny! I would have loved to see it but I am picturing it in my mind and darn near tinkled myself!
