Fall's last hurrah

Today was actually a very beautiful day here. The temperature made it up to 68 degrees F. There are still a few grasshoppers and bugs milling about, a few summer birds yet to depart, and even a few leaves left on trees. While I was busy cleaning, I didn't want to dig out the screens and put them back in, so I put some expandable screens in a couple of windows to let air through the place.

Some of the boys took the opportunity to chill out and watch the grasshoppers bounce around;

Wow! I wondered if that big handsome kitty was Freeway all grown up. Looks like you have done a great job with him.

Yes, thats our boy Freeway. He just doesn't have very many kitten attributes left. His head is taking on kind of an apple shape, and even though he still has the biggest, chocolate brown eyes , he doesn't have that "bug eyed" look that he used to have that was so cute. He and the tribe start the day with Natural Balance Green Pea and Duck dry (Hobo will even eat fresh green peas), and for dinner they have Natural Balance wet, Turkey and Giblets seems to be the all around favorite.

68 degrees? I'm envious. What cuties, enjoying that warm breeze.
