In Cleveland we have many different types of snowy goodness. It can vary from the nice fluffy white stuff to a gray nasty ick that hangs out for ever. Today we had my least favorite type. Cold wet slush. It's kind of a mix of ice and snow that melts as soon as it hits the ground. Now this stuff causes havoc because no one is quite sure how to drive in it. Is it ice? Not quite. Is it snow? Sort of.

I've seen three wrecks from my office window.

Meh.

Glad it's always a little warmer away from the lake!! It's chilly but no precipitation down in Akron yet, even if it was raining it wouldn't be frozen (i hope)

Ugh I know how you feel.
NO ONE can drive in snow around here! It starts spitting snow and everyone slows down to 15... its frustrating.
And it just started to snow here... not cool.

It's started to sleet a little now
but I think it's still not cold enough to completely freeze

I know what you mean. I live on the east side in the "snow belt" and it was coming down most of the day from the good ol lake effect. Sometimes it was sleet, then snow. Got to love that lake effect.

Ooh cold wet slush sounds so nice!! Any snow is usually at least a couple of hours drive from here. And now that there's only 2 weeks till summer i'd welcome anything cold and slushy!
