I have a puppy whose eyes are still a blue-green color. I really hope they stay this color, but I don't know how old they are when their eyes change for good. He's going to be 12 weeks in a couple days.

Her Thor is a longhaired Chihuahua!

You need to take a good pic of his eyes so we can see!

Never heard of a Chi having any eye color (as adults) other then brown or gold. I'll bet the pups eye color will change.

I only have experience with much larger dogs. They tend to mature much later, so we usually see their eye color change at 4 months or so.
And it seems like the lighter the color as a young puppy, the lighter it will stay. For instance, Bailey had dark blue eyes which turned to brown. Riley had one light blue and one dark blue eye - now one blue eye and one brown eye.

I think green is accepted as a chihuahua breed standard eye color, not sure about blue though.

Here's what AKC says on Eyes:

Eyes - Full, but not protruding, balanced, set well apart-luminous dark or luminous ruby. (Light eyes in blond or white-colored dogs permissible.)

Doesn't say blue eyes - just lighter color, so I would assume that means brown, gold, gold-green (maybe that's the lighter color referred).
