Just in case someone out there is bored on this Sunday morning (or whatever time it is for you), could you draw something for me?

More precisely, I am looking for a drawing of a lotus flower. It should be a very simple drawing, with few lines. More of a sketch than a full drawing, really.
Preferably with 8 petals.

The reason is, I am considering getting a tattoo (not right now... I need to think about it a little longer to make sure it's really what I want). I want a few words written (in another language, possibly sanskrit) and a lotus flower. I'm not sure of the exact layout but I want it written/drawn in a brush-stroke style, sort of like this:

So that's why I need a very simple drawing.

here's a nice picture to inspire you:

Ok, I drew this one:

But for a tattoo, symmetry is much more aesthetic. So, here is a more symmetrical version (via 'copy paste':

Is this what you had in mind? Want em to change anything?

That looks great!

I think I like the first one better. I don't have much experience with tattoos, but I want the drawing to look "imperfect" so symmetry might not work as well.
I would probably do more rounded petals rather than pointy. And I would make the bottom petals a little closer to horizontal rather than pointing down.
But I love the way you did the shades.
