hi,

my boy (suffering diarrea - post surgery) is loving steamed pumkin and rice mixed with a little wet food.
he still is a bit loose so tomorrow morning i'll cook him up some hamburger, do you have any other suggestions?
he enjoys other veg like corn kernals, potato, peas but this is when he's 'sharing' with me, maybe a bit too much? just thinking how valuable the veg is...... what do you think??

I always think of pumpkin being given for constipation. But I could be wrong.

For diarrhea, the idea is to give the intestines a rest. So bland and easily digested is best. We do boiled chicken and rice, nothing added.
Corn is notorious for passing through undigested.

Good luck to you and your baby.

I would stick to bland - or just mix some hamburger with the rice. I find that some cheese helps with diarraha.
