Another new person

Just got my first ever kitten, a bengal ragdoll cross named Nyx. She's sweet but crazy which i love. In fact she's sleeping on my lap right now cause she owns it as well as everything else in the house.

So, i'll be around asking questions and learning as much as i can about how to look after the mad fluffball.

Nyx was the ancient greek goddess of night, daughter of chaos and mother of death and sleep.

Nixes are shapeshifting water spirits that appear in many myths and legends.

According to another source, Nyx also means lively.

I like all the meanings and think its an interesting name rich with meaning. I'll be posting pictures once i get my uncorropertive email to allow my friend to send me the photos she took with her camera. Either that or wait till i get a camera of my own or can borrow another one.
