Help!! i'm addicted to yoghurt!!

I found this new yoghurt and bought it in two flavours - fig & honey, and apple & rhubarb. I bought 8 single serve tubs 2 days ago and i just polished off the last one!! So that means i've had 1.2 litres in 2 days. Is this bad for me? They're low g.i low fat and i've never had these flavours before, they're soo yummy!!!

I LOVE yogurt too! Yo Baby yogurt is my FAVORITE! I love their banana and vanilla yogurts! Tonight when i was at Target i ran across a Pumpkin Pie yogurt i just had to try so i bought a tub to try later! I hope it's yummy! Yogurt is one of the few dairy products i can have in limited amounts (i'm lactose intolerant) so i love it!

I am a yogurt addict too! What brand are those? They sound yummy!

Stoneyfield Farm Organic is my favorite. Stimpy is so spoiled he'll only eat that kind. If I have a regular yogurt he makes a face and walks away. I'm lactose intolerant (I can eat a little bit of dairy but not much) but I don't like the soy yogurt. The real thing is worth it.

Has anyone every tried greek youghurt??? One of the local grocery stores carries it but its more expensive than the regular kind so I don't want to buy it if its icky!! It only comes "plain".
I usually buy the yoplain whips or la creme "mousse" yoghurts.

Never tried those but the one I am addicted to is Brown Cow, cream on top, creamy coffee. It is SO good!

Yeah the mouse ones are oooooooh so goood

I love yogurt, too. I love to freeze it and eat it straight out of the freezer.

I love yogurt yum. I just finished eating strawberry vanilla.

There are worse things to be addicted to than yogurt, I'm sure! Here is my addiction. It's everything the reviewer says. My favourite flavours are Moka, Dulce de Leche, Lemon, but they are all wonderful.

I love the Yoplait whips yogurts... I am totally addicted to the Chocolate mousse flavor... had one for breakfast this morning!

I LOVE Stoneyfield Farm yogurt! That's about all i'll eat! Their vanilla is awesome- you should really try their "yo baby" yogurts- the banana and vanilla packs are amazing! You'd love it if you like stoneyfield's other stuff!
