Training to pee outside?

My 4 month old Kittten has always peed in his litterbox, and I have been very pleased there have never been any accidents round the house. Now he is able to come in and out of the house safely and the next step to to get him to pee outside. Does anyone have any tips?

At the moment he will be happily playing outside and come in especially to go to the toliet! There is plenty loose soil in the garden, but he doesn't seem keen?

your kitty feels safer inside. As long as there are no predators that might snatch up your kitty you could try this.
Gradually move the litter box closer to the exit he uses to go outside. You can also add a bit of soil to the litter, gradually adding more and more over weeks until it is all soil. You can also place droppings from the litter box into the area you want him to use outside. I hope this helps.
