My dad called me tonight, because he had a question. He found two charges on his credit card for MSN internet service that he did not authorize (he gets his internet access through his local cable company). He spent some time trying to find a contact number or email he could use to cancel this service, but every time he was required to use a login name and a password-things he doesn't have because he didn't sign up for the service.

He's persuing the incorrect charges through his credit card company, but would also like to contact MSN to cancel this account (I think his card number got stolen and has been used to set up the account). If anyone here has an account with MSN and could find a contact number or email for Dad, I would very greatly appreciate it. You would also have a great big thanks from him, too.

Thanks in advance,
Christy

I used to work for MSN, so I hope when you or your dad calls you get someone who actually cares about what they are doing for you.

Customer Support which is also billing:
(1)(800) 386-5550

If they try to tell you it's something you have to talk to tech support about, for the LOVE OF GOD, do not believe them, and ask to speak with their 'manager' if they wont help you.

But if all goes good, they will close the account(s) for you right then, but they will still tell you to pick up any other matters with the credit card company, as they will credit the bank/account back not directly you, but I'm sure you knew that.

AngelzOO,

Thanks for the info. I've passed it on to Dad-I told him this was something his credit card company should take care of, but he wants to make sure that ALL parties involved are satisfied. I also warned him to ask for a manager if anyone gave him problems.
