Your furry tribe is just beautiful...

Max is sleek and huge.

Look out world, he looks like he want to be boss.

Well, I was going to go to work today, because the kids are getting along so well, but then the time changed messed with my head, and I reset the alarm clock by accident, so I woke up thinking I was late when I wasn't and then I decided THE HECK WITH IT.

I'm staying home with all my furry cuties today, JUST BECAUSE!

Betsy, Great pics!

Is this the freezer kitten? He's gone through a few names changes... he looks great! He's grown into a very handsom cat!

Max growls, "Don you call me no fweeze kitn. Ima big skeeeery leopard! Rrrrraaaawwwwrrrrrr!"

He was first named Maxell, a.k.a. Max, then renamed Phoenix by Nial due to his miraculous recovery from near death. In his last home, however, they continued to call him Max, as I shall. In fact, I will be officially registering him with TICA as Meridian Miracle Maxwell.

My roomie started calling him Mad Max last night. And for some reason, I've caught myself calling him Jack a couple of times. That's his sire's name, and Teri has said that in a few ways he's just like his dad. So...

Max has started playing with his own reflection in the mirror that is on the floor of my bathroom (see picture above "a brief rest.") He is jumping at it, startling himself, causing him to jump backward into a pirouetting spiral jump dance/thing that is unbelievably adorable and hilarious.

I've been planning on hanging the mirror in my office, but if he has that much fun with his own reflection, who am I to take it away?

What a funny guy! How old is he? My Smudge is about a year and a half, but still does kitten stuff like that!

My apologies to the fearsome leopard MAX! He is a beautiful boy... like his father. I can't wait to watch him grow up and thrive with your love.

He is a beautiful boy! What happened to his ear? Glad he is getting along well with the others! (which by the way are gorgeous!)

WONDERFUL
yucky linoleum - that's the bathroom? looks more like something you'd put in a kitchen, to me!

Actually...most of my kitchen floor is a light-colored wood floor, but the far back corner (the kitty corner) where I keep the huge cat condo, litter box, toys and food dishes (it's about 5 feet square) has the very same yucky fake-brick linoleum.

At least in the kitty corner, I can cover it with litter mats and area rugs, LOL!
