My friend found a kitten on the side of the road with a warm blanket. If anyone can take a kitten in or knows where she can bring the kitten please PM me. She is in the Huntington area of WV. She can not keep the kitten or pay for vet visits.

WVa isn't great for shelters - there are some though that might be good.
If it is a young kitten, try Briggs Animal Rescue in WVa, near I THINK Martinsburg?? You can google them, they come right up on Internet.
There is Friends of Homeless Animals. There is my all time favorite shelter
Arlington Animal Welfare League. Tho they ARE a kill shelter, they make every effort to place animals, and 67 percent success rate isn't bad when you consider the odds stacked against older cats being adopted.
Kittens should go well however.
