Should I be worried about a chronic runny nose?

Butzie was coughing a little over 2 weeks ago. Not only that, but every time she scratched her chin in front of me I got a shower. Took her to the vet. Most sneezing things are either viral or bacterial and Butzie's wasn't bacterial because the stuff was clear. But the vet wanted to do a chest X-Ray because Butzie was wheezing. Let me first say that I trust the vet.
The X-Ray cost $200 but, of course, Butzie is worth it.

She stopped sneezing but this past Mon. she was lethargic. The cat that wants to be fed between 5 am and 6 am slept until 8:30. Another trip to the vet where we had blood work done ($200) but Butzie also got a vitamin B shot with some fluids. She was up and ready the next morning.
This morning, she was up and ready to be loved but she was dripping all over me from her nose. She still sounds a little wheezy when she breathes but is otherwise healthy, eating, loving.
Could she have and allergy and should I be worried before I take her to the vet again?

I would and ask the vet if there is a feline specialist in the area .... I have a dog who has asthma type issues but hers is not respitory caused ...

Hi, I read this and 2 of mine do that same thing! Love and GiGi (G is lost at the present moment)It is clear, when I said something to my Vet. He said,
(I didn't really like his answer) he has a cat at home who also has this
problem, he acted as if it wasn't anything to be concerned about, some cats just do that! Strange answer I thought! I'm suprised he didn't want to run
a bunch of tests. More money for him!I have even tried a bit of
research on the topic, with no real explainable answers! I probably need
to go back a do more research!
You said they did an x-ray, for 200.00 what was the reading of that
test like! and the blood work for that matter should really be able to
tell you something!
Please let me know what you do find out. I would appreciate that!Good
Luck and I hope it's nothing serious!!!

Personally I would probably just keep an eye on the cat.
