I Won A Basket At A Raffle!

Saturday my sister and I went to a CRIME FESTIVAL where a lot of Mystery writers came to. It was a lot of fun. Yesterday morning I got a phone call telling me that I won a basket at the Festival. I got ten mystery books, two scented candles, a book light, Body Lotion, Body Mist and Body Wash, a loofah, and a box of small scented bath soaps! It's the first time in years I've won anything!

Congratulations! That sounds like a wonderful prize! I took my mom to a seminar at the hospital a couple of weeks ago, and she won a basket, too -- the room dissolved in laughter when they presented my 82-year-old mother with a basket of baby food from the Similac company... (We donated it back to be given to a poor family with a new baby.)
